Horses of the World for Tsunami Relief

Victoria Poe on her FVF boarded Paso Fino mare, Querica, and Camilla Willings (eight months pregnant!) on the Fina Vista Farm Stallion, Mercenario deLa Libertad, participated in this exciting evening. Pickering College students presented the event at the Royal Canadian Riding Academy, featuring a silent auction, classical horsemanship demonstration from the Community Association for Riding for the Disabled (CARD), long reining, Dancing with Lusitano horses, a Pas de Deux, a Pas de Trois, Paso Finos, Icelandic horses and more.
The evening was a great success with over $9,000 raised! Proceeds from the event went to Save the Children , a child-rights organization that provides both emergency relief and long-term development assistance by partnering with local communities, government bodies and international organizations.
